Job Overview

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Counselor to provide comprehensive counseling services to elementary students in the Lakeside area. This full-time, onsite position will focus on supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to elementary students to address their academic, emotional, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students' well-being and success, collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff as needed.

Qualifications
  • Valid School Counselor Certification in Virginia.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred, with a strong understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
  • Strong skills in counseling, communication, and crisis intervention, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff.
