Recruiter Level II

Join Capstone Colorado, a MassMutual firm, in our mission to deliver exceptional recruitment services. As a Recruiter Level II, you will play a vital role in coordinating agency recruiting efforts, driving results, and building strong relationships with candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the role of Financial Advisor.
  • Manage a pipeline of 20 leads per week, 20 attraction interviews per week, 5 recruits per quarter, 3 new centers of influence (COI) a month, and 6 referrals to General Agents each month.
  • Interface with the Director of Recruiting daily and/or update notes daily.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and facilitating communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Support the development and execution of recruitment initiatives and campaigns to attract diverse talent and enhance employer branding efforts.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources, with a focus on the insurance and financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific roles, qualifications, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in all recruitment activities.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $75,000 annually, paid bi-weekly less payroll deductions, based on education and experience; W2 Role – exempt.
  • $2,000 Bonus per recruited Contract A after retaining for at least 30 days.
