Job Responsibilities

Key Duties:

  • Oversee all company financial accounts and investments.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports to identify outcomes, trends, and forecasts.
  • Manage cash flow by monitoring transactions and regularly analyzing internal reports.
  • Supervise and guide the financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants.
  • Inspire and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing constructive feedback.
  • Recommend updates and enhancements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded, filed, and reported.
  • Establish and implement financial reporting systems to adhere to government regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with auditing services to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Develop budgets and financial strategies for the organization based on thorough research and data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Professional certification (CMA, CPA, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience as a financial controller, accounting supervisor, or senior accountant.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and managing general ledger functions.
  • Proficient in accounting software and administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Skilled in financial analysis, financial modeling, and financial reporting.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in process improvement is essential.
