Job Responsibilities

Key Duties:

  • Manage all company financial accounts and investments.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports to identify performance, trends, and forecasts.
  • Oversee cash flow management by monitoring transactions and reviewing internal reports regularly.
  • Lead and supervise the financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants.
  • Inspire and guide finance team members by clarifying responsibilities and providing constructive feedback.
  • Recommend enhancements and updates for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded, organized, and reported.
  • Establish and implement financial reporting systems to adhere to government regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with auditing services to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Develop comprehensive budgets and financial strategies for the organization based on thorough research and data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Professional certification (CMA, CPA, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience as a financial controller, accounting supervisor, or senior accountant.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and managing general ledger functions.
  • Proficient in accounting software and administration.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in process improvement is essential.
