KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently execute assignments with clear objectives and oversee the work of junior engineers.
- Assist in the planning, development, and successful execution of engineering projects.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare comprehensive project proposals.
- Make informed decisions and take ownership of engineering solutions.
- Conduct process design for water and wastewater systems.
- Lead projects across various disciplines.
- Foster the growth and development of project team members.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among peers and management.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
- Enhance client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a preference for environmental focus.
- Professional engineering license preferred, with the ability to obtain it within one year.
- A minimum of five years of experience in designing water and/or wastewater systems, including treatment facilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
