Job Title: Private Duty Nurse LPN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LPN to provide high-quality care to our medically fragile clients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work one-on-one with our clients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals and live independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care for our clients
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in our electronic health record system
  • Provide health education and training to clients and their families
Requirements:
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state where you will practice
  • Current CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
