Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse LPN to provide high-quality care to medically fragile infants in a home setting.
Key Responsibilities- Implement physician-prescribed plans of care for infants with low acuity needs
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with the healthcare team
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as needed
- Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
- Provide health education and training to family members
- Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
- Follow up with physicians, clients, and family members on client concerns and changes in condition
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification from a recognized organization
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
