Job Title: Private Duty Nurse LPN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LPN to provide care for a medically fragile infant in a home setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced LPN to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to our client, working closely with the family and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement the physician's prescribed plan of care for the infant
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as needed
  • Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
  • Provide health education and training to family members
  • Communicate effectively with the client, family, and healthcare team
Requirements:
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
