The ideal candidate will possess experience in validating, testing, analyzing, and reviewing intricate payment calculations and statements to guarantee precision in changes made.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze incoming requests for system updates
  • Assess impacts and testing requirements of requested changes
  • Coordinate data requests from internal stakeholders
  • Validate system-calculated commissions using provided data to ensure payment and statement accuracy
  • Report defects and conduct retesting to confirm the accuracy of pay calculations and statements

Utilize Your Expertise to Make a Difference

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fewer than 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or software testing related to financial transactions, payroll, and/or commissions.
  • Quick adaptability to new platforms
  • Ability to isolate, reproduce, and track defects while verifying solutions
  • Development of test data and procedures to ensure software products meet organizational standards and user requirements
  • A strong commitment to contributing to an organization focused on enhancing consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in quality testing with the Varicent ICM platform
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modeling financial transactions, payroll, and/or commissions

Work-At-Home Requirements:

  • Must have a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.
  • A minimum standard speed of 25x10 (25mbps download x 10mbps upload) is required for optimal performance.
  • Satellite and wireless internet services are not permitted for this role.
