Lead a Team of Sales Professionals

DIFILIPPO is seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our organization. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth. You will also be responsible for training and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will be responsible for building relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Train and develop a team of sales professionals
  • Build relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
