Overnight Concierge

Avalon Park Independent Living is seeking a highly skilled Overnight Concierge to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors during evening hours.

• Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all visitors and residents, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
• Manage external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Offer community information and support to inquiries, working closely with the marketing and sales teams.
• Ensure the safety and security of residents and team members through effective screening of visitors and monitoring of security cameras.
• Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, directing calls, and maintaining records.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, including the coffee bar and Chef's Pantry inventory.
• Organize and roll silverware, and complete daily resident checks.

• Demonstrated ability to read and understand English, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• High school diploma or GED required, with proven experience in a customer service role preferred.

This role requires the ability to occasionally lift 20 pounds and involves sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
