Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Nursing Care Coordinator. As an LPN at Morning Pointe, you will play a vital role in providing for the daily needs and activities of our residents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH RESIDENTS: You will be responsible for building and maintaining close relationships with our residents, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • PROVIDING EXCELLENT CARE: You will take initiative and provide guidance to Resident Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care.
  • MONITORING RESIDENT SAFETY: You will continually assess, record, and document resident health and monitor for concerns, making resident safety your top priority.
  • ADMINISTERING MEDICATION: You will assist with and monitor resident medication needs, ensuring that all medications are administered safely and accurately.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CURRENT LPN LICENSE IN APPLICABLE STATE AS WELL AS CPR CERTIFICATION
