Responsibilities:
  1. Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  2. Administer medications as ordered and document patient responses
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members


Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a step-down or intermediate care setting
  • BLS certification and PCCN certification preferred
