Nurse Manager Position for Long-Term Care Facility

Landmark of Danville is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and leadership, with the ability to effectively manage and supervise nursing staff.

The salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Nurse Manager at Landmark of Danville, you will be responsible for ensuring that high-quality care is provided to our residents. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, managing staff schedules, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.

Job Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the nursing staff to provide high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve resident care and safety
  • Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and care delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and resident charts

Requirements:

  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of residence
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
