Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of our branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve exceptional customer service and sales goals.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to members regarding their accounts and services.
  • Open and close the branch, ensuring all security procedures are followed.
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
  • Assist members with account openings, closings, and changes.
  • Collaborate with the branch manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of branch operations and employee performance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two to three years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a financial institution.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
