We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Specialist to join our team at Allied Universal. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our client's properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain client properties, including offices, common areas, and restrooms
  • Operate various cleaning equipment and machinery, including scrubbers, pressure washers, and carpet extractors
  • Assist patrons and customers in a friendly and engaging manner
  • Perform tasks that require strong attention to detail and reliability, such as cleaning and sanitizing high-touch areas
  • Work in various environments, including cold weather, rain, snow, or heat, for extended periods
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have effective communication skills and be able to work well with customers, patrons, and employees
  • Have knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Be able to lift and carry items and/or machinery up to 50 pounds
  • Be able to climb ladders, stand, or walk on various surfaces for long periods
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour, paid weekly every Thursday. You will also be eligible for benefits and perks, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.
