Position Responsibilities

The Transportation Specialist is tasked with safely and efficiently transporting ARS patients to and from designated locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, a clean driving record, and a valid driver's license. In addition to driving expertise, excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Key Duties:

  • Transport passengers from scheduled locations
  • Drive patients to the clinic
  • Adhere to all traffic regulations – the vehicle is monitored electronically and visually
  • Engage with passengers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Perform minor vehicle maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and good working condition
  • Maintain and update all necessary documentation, logs, and paperwork
  • Track fuel usage accurately
  • Ensure cleanliness of the parking area
  • Comply with ARS policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Proven driving skills with a clean driving record
  • Strong time management skills
  • Effective communication and de-escalation techniques
