Job Summary:

The Bartender is a key member of our team at HumanGood Senior Living Communities, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our residents. As a Bartender, you will be working under the general supervision of the Dining Room Manager to create and serve a variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve drinks to residents and guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Set up and maintain the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident and guest needs in a friendly and professional manner
  • Participate in sales reconciliation and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the Dining Room Manager to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior living community or hospitality setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
