Under the supervision of the Dining Room Manager, the Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
• Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory, and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Hold a valid I.P.S (Training for Intervention Procedure) Certification
• Have 1-3 years of experience as a bartender
• Be able to interact with customers, take and run food orders, and serve drinks
• Possess strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
