Position Overview:
The role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the property.

Key Responsibilities:

This description outlines the primary functions of the position, while recognizing that additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.

All listed duties are essential to the role.

Employees are expected to adhere to any other job-related instructions and fulfill additional responsibilities as directed by their supervisor.

- Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Commercial Housekeeping or Public Space cleaning, ideally within the Hospitality sector.- Candidates must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, capable of continuous walking, bending, kneeling, and squatting to accomplish daily tasks.- Must be adept at using step ladders as required.- May frequently encounter secondhand smoke and dusty conditions.

Responsible for thorough cleaning tasks including carpets, windows, gaming machines, offices, restrooms, and outdoor areas, as directed by the Lead Housekeeper.4. Adheres to checklists and guidelines to ensure efficient and clean operations in assigned areas.5. Participates in pre-shift briefings and arrives punctually.6. Complies with OSHA and Hazcom safety protocols.7. Aids in receiving supplies and equipment, coordinating their distribution and storage.8. Assists in maintaining all storage areas, ensuring proper equipment maintenance and chemical labeling.9. Monitors the condition of equipment and utilizes all tools correctly to ensure proper upkeep.10. Addresses issues within the scope of authority and suggests actions for problems beyond this scope to the supervisor.11. Keeps the supervisor informed of relevant activities.12. Performs other duties as assigned.


Regulatory and Compliance Duties:

In addition to the responsibilities outlined, each Team Member must comply with laws and regulations.


  • Attend mandatory training sessions provided by the Company.
  • Obtain and maintain necessary licenses.
  • Perform duties in accordance with local laws and regulations.
  • Ensure minors are not permitted to gamble or loiter in gaming areas, consume alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco.
  • Understand the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relevant to the Team Member's department.
  • Be aware of the Property's programs addressing problem gaming.
  • Report any known acts of wrongdoing.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Ability to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke, moderate to loud noise levels, and varying light conditions, including flashing lights.


Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
