Key Responsibilities- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that all areas of the facility are kept clean and orderly, including routine cleaning of floors, walls, and glass surfaces.
- Restroom and Locker Room Care: Service, clean, and restock supplies in restrooms and locker rooms to ensure they are always presentable.
- Exterior Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the building's exterior, including snow removal, de-icing, and debris management.
- Supply Management: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, submitting requests for restocking as needed.
- Pest Control: Implement and oversee pest control measures to maintain a pest-free environment.
- Facility Improvement Projects: Participate in various facility improvement initiatives as required.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in custodial services.
- Understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions effectively.
- Preferred experience in maintaining commercial properties.
- Familiarity with the safe operation of cleaning equipment.
- Flexibility to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
This role requires the ability to perform various physical tasks, including:
- Constant movement around the worksite.
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent pushing or pulling of cleaning equipment.
- Occasional climbing of ladders or step stools.
Successful candidates will be subject to a criminal background check.
