This is a Temporary to Hire opportunity with a stable company offering excellent benefits, including 100% paid medical, dental, and vision for employees, and a 401K plan with 4% matching after the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain QC Policies and Procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Inspect and approve finished products, in-process production, and incoming materials to ensure specifications are met.
  • Communicate required adjustments to production supervisors and document inspection results.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of QC Inspector experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and comparators.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
