PrideStaff is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in the Lake Forest area. As a Quality Control Inspector for a medical device manufacturer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with QMS, ISO 13485, and FDA Rules and Regulations.
This is a Temporary to Hire opportunity with a stable company offering excellent benefits, including 100% paid medical, dental, and vision for employees, and a 401K plan with 4% matching after the first year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain QC Policies and Procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Inspect and approve finished products, in-process production, and incoming materials to ensure specifications are met.
- Communicate required adjustments to production supervisors and document inspection results.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of QC Inspector experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and comparators.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
