Position Overview:

As a Senior Principal Engineer, you will act as a technical authority in your field, guiding the technical direction for the development of advanced software or hardware methodologies at the forefront of technology. You will provide essential leadership and direction, ensuring the application of robust system engineering principles.

Essential Qualifications:

Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Information Systems is required.

Alternatively, four (4) years of additional experience in technical roles for Government or Industry clients may substitute for a bachelor's degree.


Required Experience:
Fifteen (15) years in technical roles for Government or Industry clients.

Ten (10) years in systems, software, or hardware engineering within programs involving system architecture development, requirements analysis, management, and control; large-scale systems engineering projects valued at over $15M/year; or oversight of business processes and implementation strategies.

Three (3) years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence operation.
Must possess one of the following DoD approved certifications to meet the category/level IAT-2: CCNA Security; CySA+; GICSP; GSEC; Security+ CE; CND; or SSCP.

Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is $148,750 - $201,250, based on experience and geographic location.

Work Schedule:
40 hours per week

Travel Requirements:
Less than 10%
