Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain order and discipline at the swimming facility.
  • Monitor swimmers and enforce safety regulations.
  • Provide lifesaving assistance to individuals in distress.
  • Ensure proper chemical balance in pool water and perform necessary maintenance.
  • Conduct swimming lessons for individuals or groups.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and foster positive interactions with patrons.

Essential Skills:

  • Knowledge of water safety protocols and lifesaving techniques.
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and operational standards of the pool.
  • Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
  • Capability to manage stressful situations calmly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Current certifications in Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR, and AED from the American Red Cross.
  • Valid State of Florida Class 'E' driver's license.
