Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SEAM, Inc. in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our sales and administrative team, performing a variety of tasks related to different areas of the operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers at the door and provide an exceptional experience at the facility.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and develop a basic understanding of SEAM's services to answer questions and direct calls.
  • Manage point-of-sale processes and maintain proper cash levels.
  • Provide support to the B2B sales team as needed, including event registration, printing materials, and other tasks.
  • Help ensure a "tour ready" facility and print and order office and warehouse signage and labels as needed.
  • Manage office supply inventory to ensure availability.
  • Assist with fun, company culture events and activities.
Requirements
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
  • Pre-employment drug screening and background checks required.
