Sunrise Systems is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Training Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, this role will be responsible for creating and maintaining training documents in our global learning management system (SABA) for use across the company.
Key Responsibilities- Training Document Management: Develop and maintain training documents, including role builds, courses, and assessments, in collaboration with leaders, facilitators, and process owners.
- Learning Management System Administration: Assist in the content development and management of the role framework and role assignments in SABA, ensuring database integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Interface with Learning Resources: Collaborate with Learning resources to ensure the successful transfer of information from interfaced systems, including Workday, Fieldglass, and TDMS.
- Support Audits and Compliance: Assist in responding to audits of LMS to monitor consistency and accuracy of roles, entries, re-certifications, and compliance against company goals.
- Training Materials Development: Assist in the preparation and generation of training materials, including participant guides, media, evaluations, job-aids, training checklists, etc.
- Research and Data Collection: Perform research, collect and organize data to support training initiatives.
- Project Ownership: Take ownership of key projects and/or processes as assigned, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Facilitation and Coordination: Facilitate the coordination and scheduling of company resources for cross-functional and company-wide learning events.
- Reporting and Analysis: Gather KPI information and draft reports and visual controls that effectively display learning performance information.
- Learning Management System Administration Experience: Proven experience in administering LMS systems, including content development and management.
- Strong Planning and Organization Skills: Excellent planning, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-Motivation and Customer Focus: Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision in a customer-focused team environment.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong people, written, and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
This is a hybrid position, requiring the ability to work in the office up to 4-5 days a week. The successful candidate will be required to be available for non-remote work and must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
