Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to lending and regulatory guidelines while preparing loan files.
  • Review file documentation for missing or erroneous information.
  • Meet loan application deadlines and assist Loan Officers with requests and tasks.
  • Gather information for loan applications and assist Loan Processors with data entry and documentation acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb analytical skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in mortgage lending and knowledge of the loan process preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Critical thinking skills.
