Job Description

Exacta Systems LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic financial plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast corporate financial results
  • Provide financial analysis and support to business development initiatives
  • Lead the development of annual operating plans and monthly forecast updates
  • Assist with the preparation of ad-hoc reporting and special reporting as needed

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and the board of directors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Masters, CPA, and/or CFA preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance role
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite products
