Job Overview
  • Key Responsibilities: Conduct feasibility studies, analyze site conditions, and collaborate with architects and engineers to develop project concepts.
  • Project Coordination: Create project schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and create contingency plans.
  • Procurement and Contracting: Oversee procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality control.

This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards. You'll need to prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets, manage project schedules, and make informed decisions.
