Join Our Team as a Risk Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Risk Consultant to join our Loss Prevention Education Programs Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients grow by addressing their needs at the intersection of strategy, technology, marketing, and innovation.

About the Role

As a Risk Consultant, you will work directly with our clients and insurance agents to provide timely loss prevention and risk management advice. You will also be responsible for developing new educational content and presenting existing presentations to customers and insurance agents. Additionally, you will work with our Claims, Underwriting, and Loss Prevention Education teams to design, plan, and execute training programs and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new educational content and present existing presentations to customers and insurance agents
  • Work directly with Claims, Underwriting, and Loss Prevention Education teams to design, plan, and execute training programs and events
  • Identify existing content that may be repurposed for virtual training and learning programs
  • Research and recommend new training content and technologies when necessary
  • Interface directly with brokers and clients to provide timely loss prevention and risk management advice
  • Mentor and train new internal employees and external brokers within our distribution network
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in risk management and loss prevention. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Moderate to extensive experience in a customer-facing, risk management environment
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Solid familiarity with setting up and running webinars on at least one presentation platform
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and administrative skills
