REQUIREMENTS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Management experience in a food service environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Must possess excellent communication skills along with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities. Basic math and accounting skills with a solid analytical mindset are essential. Proven capability to recruit, mentor, and develop team members is required. Proficiency in computer systems is necessary.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform various tasks throughout the restaurant and operate a Point of Sale system. This role requires standing, bending, and walking for the duration of the workday. Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally is necessary.

*Comprehensive training will be provided for your roles and responsibilities.

This is a Full-Time position that may necessitate availability during evenings and weekends.
