  • Design and implement new or specified changes to processes and drive automation to improve productivity, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Drive continuous process, data refinement, and improvement by performing analysis to trends and issues, developing insights and recommendations, and implementing changes.
  • Develop and enhance business measurement and metrics, tracking the effectiveness of changes and providing data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Singaporean citizenship or residency.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Prefer 2 years of relevant project management, sales, and P&L forecasting experience in a complex IT organization.
  • Good understanding of business and sales processing tools, systems, and practices.
  • Good management and administrative skills, proofreading, and information management.
  • Good analytical, statistics, and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient with standard word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in English and local language.
  • Fast learner, agile, and adaptive to manage different workloads.
  • Able to effectively communicate issues and negotiate resolution with stakeholders.
  • Good team player and coordination skills.
  • Able to multitask and handle stress.
  • Effectively collaborate with individuals who have high standards for quality.
