Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of production staff to meet production goals and deadlines
- Implement and maintain LEAN processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve quality
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field and/or 2-5 years' experience in production/manufacturing setting
- Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work varying shifts in support of the operation
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- LEAN/process/continuous improvement concepts and principles, including creating GEMBA metrics
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
