Job Summary

Villa of Hope is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to oversee the delivery of mental health services to youth clients. The successful candidate will provide supervision to therapists, coordinate with staff to ensure high-quality treatment services, and contribute to the development of clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Therapists: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to therapists to ensure they meet productivity standards and deliver high-quality services.
  • Coordinate with Staff: Collaborate with Hope Place staff to maintain delivery of high-quality treatment services and ensure seamless communication.
  • Develop Clinical Services: Contribute to the development of clinical services, including models such as Sanctuary, Seven Challenges, Motivational Interviewing, CF-CBT, and FIT.
  • Provide Individual and Group Supervision: Offer individual and group clinical supervision, mentoring, coaching, and ongoing training to therapists.
  • Assist with Staff Development: Assist staff in planning for client activities and needs, as well as staff development needs within budgeted allocations.
  • Monitor Productivity: Monitor productivity requirements for clinic budgets, no-shows, and cancellations, and work with clinicians to determine what prevents them from meeting productivity standards.
  • Review Treatment Plans: Review and sign off on treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, and case conferences presented at treatment team meetings.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in human services required, licensure required: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT. LCSW preferred.
  • Experience: One year supervisory experience and two to three years' experience in mental health and/or substance use disorders treatment.
  • Skills: Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook; working knowledge of other relevant computer software.
