Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

Villa of Hope is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the delivery of services to youth and families in our Outpatient Clinic programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise therapists located at various offsite locations and carry a caseload.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with offsite locations to maintain delivery of high-quality treatment services and productivity standards.
  • Evaluate staff performance and address performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor staff adherence to program and agency standards.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Recruit and hire new employees, ensuring diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
  • Provide supervision, direction, coaching, mentoring, and opportunities for professional development of direct reports.
  • Assure consistent application of agency personnel policies and hiring practices.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in human services required, with licensure or eligibility for licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT).
  • One year of supervisory experience and two to three years of experience in mental health and/or substance use disorders treatment.
  • Strong clinical background and experience relating to DSM-5 diagnoses, EBPs, and other clinical topics.
  • Outpatient clinic and integrated treatment experience.
  • Background and experience working with diverse populations.
