Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Telecommunications Systems Analyst to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing assets in our stores and warehouses, utilizing the Service Now Portal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage the lifecycle and records of equipment in the field, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets for products to be procured through vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Waste Management: Develop and implement strategies for waste lifecycle management, minimizing environmental impact.
  • Project Management: Lead project management activities in field services, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Inventory Management: Responsible for the care and feeding of inventoried assets within the Service Now Portal, ensuring accuracy of records on assets installed or removed.
  • Vendor Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring seamless procurement and delivery of products.
  • Electronic Waste Management: Responsible for all electronic waste nationwide, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets for building closures, headquarters locations, and stores, working closely with financial teams to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Print Management: Support leased equipment in all locations and manage print management outside of leases, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing assets in stores and warehouses, utilizing the Service Now Portal.
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement waste lifecycle management strategies.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong inventory management and control skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements for electronic waste management.
