Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive medical care, including thorough evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients in a family medicine setting.
  • Prescribe medications and treatment protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Oversee the continuum of care and coordinate referrals to specialists as necessary.
  • Implement quality care initiatives in alignment with value-based reimbursement models.
  • Facilitate ancillary care services when appropriate.
  • Adhere to established Medical Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards within a medical billing framework.
  • Follow departmental policies and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts.
  • Engage in health promotion and education initiatives as relevant.
  • Provide leadership to enhance the growth and development of assigned clinics.
  • Maintain high patient satisfaction levels within the clinic.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • M.D. with Federal DEA Certification; appropriate Medical Specialty License or Certification.
  • Board certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Experience in a value-based reimbursement environment is advantageous.
Compliance Commitment:
All team members are expected to understand and adhere to MEDFirst's compliance policies and procedures. Training is provided upon onboarding and regularly updated as necessary. Reporting any suspected compliance violations is a critical responsibility.
