Nurse Specialist

**About the Role:**
As a key member of our clinical team, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns. Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
**Responsibilities:**
• Provide direct patient care to neonates with complex medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and conferences to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
**Requirements:**
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
• 2 years of NICU RN experience
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Current BLS through AHA or ARC
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP) within six months of start date
