This position involves working with staff engineers to design, build, and test hydraulic systems, ensuring they are safe to operate and properly calibrated.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and build hydraulic prototype models using computer-aided design (CAD) software and various materials.
  2. Conduct experiments in the hydraulics lab, collecting data and analyzing results to optimize system performance.
  3. Maintain accurate records of calibration, testing, and R&D projects.
  4. Recommend purchases of lab supplies and equipment based on lab needs.
  5. Evaluate and improve existing lab processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
