Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at Life Line Screening. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping us provide high-quality preventive healthcare services to our customers.

About the Role

  • Administer medically appropriate health screenings, including Ankle Brachial Index, Osteoporosis Risk Assessment, Atrial Fibrillation, and blood tests, in accordance with company protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, educating participants on products and services, and maintaining a positive environment for fellow team members and customers.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure accurate and timely test results, and contribute to the overall success of our screening events.
  • Drive company van, load and unload equipment (up to 50 lbs), and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomy/Emergency Medical Technician program or other Medical skilled related program.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to educate participants on products and services.
  • Passion for helping others, accuracy in performing tests, and a strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license and clear MVR, as driving responsibilities of company van are shared among the team.
