Job Summary

As an Administrative Assistant at Mountaire Farms, you will provide critical support to manager-level positions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to manager-level positions, including calendar management, correspondence, and report preparation.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with staff members on special projects, providing administrative support and expertise as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on internal and external customers.
