Job Summary

Volt is seeking a skilled Manufacturing/Electrical Assembler to join our team in Addison, TX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electrical equipment and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and fit components according to drawings and work order specifications.
  • Use hand and power tools for assembly, including drilling and measuring.
  • Electrical cabling and wiring harnesses.
  • Ensure quality standards are met and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Perform inventory control activities, including picking orders and preparing shipments.
  • Receive and maintain inventory, transacting receipts in ERP software.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years assembly experience.
  • Ability to use MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Proven expertise in Industrial, Manufacturing, and Administrative/Clerical fields.
  • General dexterity and ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a quality-oriented team.
