We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at The Waters of Covington. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Job:

  • Estimated salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Work location: The Waters of Covington
  • Job type: Part-time/PRN
  • Required education: High school or equivalent
  • Required license or certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities:

As a CNA, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents
  • Implementing individualized care plans based on resident assessments and needs
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to supervisors and other healthcare professionals
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A minimum of a GED and completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Course
  • A valid Certified Nursing Assistant license in accordance with state laws
  • The ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions
