IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Help Desk Expert to provide end-user support for network printers and workstations running Windows 7 or higher in an Active Directory environment.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing timely and effective support for all Information Technology products and services.
- Maintaining accurate records of tickets and escalating unresolved issues as necessary.
- Collaborating with the Operations group to resolve complex technical issues.
- Conducting research and troubleshooting to resolve user problems efficiently.
- Utilizing industry standards to create, maintain, and utilize ticketing systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of three years' experience providing end-user support for network printers and workstations running Windows 7 or greater in an Active Directory environment.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7/10 and Active Directory.
- Experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting HP network printers and enterprise-level MFPs (Xerox, Ricoh, HP, etc.).
- Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
This role offers:
