Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Risk Manager to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a Financial Risk Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks associated with our business operations. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing risk management strategies, monitoring and reporting on risk exposure, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective risk mitigation. Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations. You will also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy; and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The estimated salary range for this position is $115,600 - $157,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan, which provides an additional bonus opportunity based on individual performance and company success.
