Clinical Care Physician

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a committed clinical physician to enhance our healthcare delivery. In this position, you will collaborate with our Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to ensure outstanding clinical services for residents and homebound individuals. You will also have certain administrative duties to facilitate efficient operations.

Core Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive, high-quality care to residents and patients across various environments
- Collaborate with facility leadership, nurse practitioners, patients, and their families
- Support and work alongside nurse practitioners and physician assistants
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to medical protocols and documentation standards
- Assume medical directorship responsibilities as required
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the market
- Engage in frontline call processes and attend meetings as necessary
- Concentrate on quality outcomes, compliance with care pathways, and productivity metrics
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Experience in administrative leadership within the healthcare sector
- A minimum of seven years of clinical practice experience
Certifications and Licenses:
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Valid state medical license
- Current DEA registration
