Psychiatrist - Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic in Cincinnati

TriHealth Physician Partners is welcoming experienced psychiatrists to advance our Ambulatory Behavioral Health services in Greater Cincinnati. We are looking for engaging, innovative physicians to serve as foundational clinical leaders for two new psychiatrist-led specialty behavioral health clinics.
This rewarding opportunity will allow you to draw from your demonstrated skills and experience to work with referred adults who need a higher degree of care than can be provided by the Integrated Behavioral Health Services established in TriHealth's Primary Care offices. This position will oversee an innovative, team-based approach to care supported by the large, integrated TriHealth system.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with a dedicated clinical team that includes APPs, Therapists, Care Managers, and a strong, professional support staff.
- Provide direct patient care utilizing psychopharmacology and measurement-based treatment.
- Develop and implement clinical pathways.
- Collaborate with Integrated Behavioral Health team in the PCPs offices.
- Participate in monitoring outcomes and quality.
- Participate in the conception and implementation of practice and program development.
