Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team as a Clinical Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to residents and patients across various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and private homes.
As a Clinical Lead, you will work closely with non-physician practitioners and other interprofessional team members to provide collaborative care to patients. You will also be responsible for auditing medical orders and documentation, identifying new growth opportunities, and participating in company-wide training and meetings.
Requirements for this role include a Doctor of Medicine degree, two or more years of administrative leadership experience in healthcare, and clinical medical experience of seven years or more. Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics is also preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides high-quality clinical care to residents and patients across various settings
- Works closely with non-physician practitioners and other interprofessional team members to provide collaborative care
- Audits medical orders and documentation
- Identifies new growth opportunities
- Participates in company-wide training and meetings
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine degree
- Two or more years of administrative leadership experience in healthcare
- Clinical medical experience of seven years or more

Salary Range
USD $187,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
