Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Equipment Operator to join our team at Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC. As a Field Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our equipment, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including applicators, sprayers, and other machinery
  • Mix and apply herbicides and pesticides to labeled crops, following all safety protocols and regulations
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our business objectives and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field, such as agriculture, equipment operation, or maintenance
  • Class A or B CDL required; must be able to pass a physical examination and background check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
