About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Amazon Fresh Grocery Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional grocery shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers, engage in friendly conversations, and ask about their shopping needs to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Offer customers product recommendations and provide information to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Checkout Operations: Use cash registers to ring up customer transactions and assist customers in self-service checkout lanes.
  • Return Processing: Receive and process in-store and online returns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Fresh Food Preparation: Prepare fresh food items such as cold salads, pizzas, rotisserie chickens, and sandwiches to meet customer demands.
  • Store Presentation: Stock shelves and produce, set up merchandise displays, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Unload product deliveries and organize stockroom to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick items to fulfill customer grocery orders for pickup and delivery to meet customer expectations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
